Personal Safety & Protection - This is the complete TCS program which is taught in levels. There are 5 levels and the material covered includes: personal protection, restraint & control, weapon disarms, flashlight tactics, child & family safety, improvised weapons and third party intervention.

Group Lessons - $150.00 per month / Private - $375.00

Personal Protection - This is an 3 hour course that will focus on personal protection against a violent aggressor. It was designed for the general public and contains many elements from the Defensive Tactics course for law enforcement.

Topics covered include: The law and the use of force, body movement and positioning, vital points, distraction techniques and defensive responses to various attacks.

The techniques taught are by no means “the be all, end all” of self-defense. They are mearly a selection of defensive themes and responses which we believe to be effective, easy to learn and can be applied by anyone willing to puts in the time to learn them.

Course Overview

This is a comprehensive course that will cover all of the requirements needed for certification. Although this training is sometimes overlooked by some agencies it is an essential component in the life of every man, women and child. Everyone uses defensive tactics at some level everyday of their lives but there are some, like security and law enforcement, who have a greater need for tactics that are structured on a far more sophisticated level and this course was specifically designed to fill that need. Participants will learn how to: be acutely aware of proper safety practices, conduct threat assessments, manage stress, understand the law as it applies to the use of force, know the value of effective communication, execute proper restraint & control techniques, defend against some common attacks and weapon survival tactics.

The course is a total of 30 hrs. and is broken down into 3 modules:

Module 1 – Restraint & Control

Module 2 – Personal Protection

Module 3 – Surviving Weapon Attacks

After the successful completion of each module and the passing of both a written and practical examination a certificate will be awarded. This course is best suited for law enforcement, security professionals, correction officers, teachers, health care providers, those working in high risk environments and anyone who would like to know how to control potentially violent situations.

Weapon Disarms - This is an 3 hour course will teach you how to defend against an armed attacker who is threatening your life. The topics covered will include: principles of defense, concealment strategies, weapon identification, angles of attack, body movement & positioning, defense against knife, gun & impact weapons.

$125.00 per person ( 4 person minimum)

Flashlight Tactics - This is a 3 hour that teaches the safe operational handling of a flashlight to ensure personal safety in self-defense situations. Topics will include: choosing a flashlight, the law & the use of force, tactical deployment & defensive tactics. This course is not only suitable for law enforcement & security personnel but also anyone, especially women & seniors, interested in learning how to use this extremely effective tool as an aid in self-defense.

Child & Family Safety - This is a comprehensive course, which is designed to provide both parents and children with innovative life skills for this changing world. The topics covered will include: Awareness, Effective Communication, Child ID Kits, Rules of Personal Safety, Dealing with Fear, Predator Lures, Internet Safety, Basic Self-Defense for children & More! This course is a most for all parents with young children, especially children between the ages of 5-12.

S.W.A.T. - SWAT is an acronym for Superior Winning Attitude Training and is a specialized course in bully prevention for children 7-15 years of age. As bullying effects everyone this course is not only for victims but for bullies and bystanders as well. Give your child the skills needed to handle this unacceptable behavior with a Superior Winning Attitude!
